Don't you post French cars live. Send them to me first :)

I am so full of want. It's gorgeous.

Meh, not diesel.
Joking aside: these are rare even in Frenchland, so i would imagine it's really worth something, as well as being a very capable wagon. For those who don't know: hydro Citroëns can carry huge loads, a good 200 kg more, than a comparable w123 or Volvo 740 can, so that is one extremely usable trunk there. And i bet my kids would kick kittens into water if it would mean getting on those jumpseats!

I gotta say, that's kinda sexy...

Hilarious! I'm going to steal this line.

It was already on BaT. It's easy to say there's been a lot of eyes on it already.

I need it... NOW. I don't think I've ever seen a DS safari in real life.

yeah the needle hasnt moved since yesterday on it. Price for one in that shape that runs is not much higher than that...

Be my guest.
Just the other day I found out that my daughter, the one loving all things living, and riding horse as a sport for three years now, would not be averse to kill rats, if that's what it takes to feed a Boa. Though kicking kittens is probably a stretch, I'm pretty sure thowing them in a bowl of water isn't beyond her, and the two brothers are naturally even more evil.
I created a monster. Or three....

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Rats get their own special category. As ugly/creepy animals it is ok to kill them.

How is that even possible? You live in Europe. In summer I see a DS (not the wagon) about once a week, they're that common as drivable and highway capable classics. The wagons are much more rare, but I still see them at least a few times a year.

I live in Norway, not many of them here. Snow + Salt + old French car = No more car.
But I see now that I forgot a word.. One that changes the meaning of what I wrote rather drastically.. My sentence was supposed to have the word brown in between the words a and DS.

I second this. Not that I need it, but they are such beautiful cars

We salt our roads in the Netherlands as well. Given the climate probably not as much as you guys, but still. Many of the DS' here are imports from France. Besides, they're only driven in the warmer months when there isn't any salt on the roads.
I do have to admit I don't remember seeing a brown DS either. But then again, I tend to see the color of an interesting classic as something relatively irrelevant, so I forget the color.

Colour comes second, I agree on that. It's just that I got this thing Sheldon Cooper would call Eidetic memory when it comes to car spotting :P
Anywho, I had a vague memory of a DS from when I was young, so I called my dad. And we did indeed have a DS23 Pallas when I was a little boy. He said he would see if he could find some pictures of it.

If I hit the lottery, and old DS wagon will be the first car I purchase. Not a Bentley. Not a sports car. A DS wagon and preciesly becasue they're one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
Plus I'll need something to drive around while my Flex gets bumped up to around 700HP or so.
